At Be Inspired Craft Haven, I want every customer to understand the purchasing options available before placing an order.

✨ Subscriptions

Be Inspired Craft Haven does not currently offer recurring product subscriptions or automatic subscription renewals.

If subscription services become available in the future, the applicable payment, renewal, and cancellation terms will be provided before purchase.

✨ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow customers to purchase select products before they become available for immediate fulfillment.

Payment & Processing

  • Full payment is required at checkout to secure a pre-order.

  • Estimated availability, processing, or release dates will be provided in the product listing when available.

  • Pre-order processing times may differ from standard ready-made orders.

  • Estimated availability dates may change due to supplier delays, production schedules, or other circumstances outside my control.

  • Once available, pre-orders will be prepared and shipped according to the applicable shipping arrangements.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-orders.

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing a pre-order for a full refund, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, pre-order sales are final, and cancellations for changes of mind are not accepted.

If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, or experiences a significant delay, I will contact the customer to discuss available options, including cancellation and a refund when appropriate.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy. Any additional cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law will also apply.

✨ Try Before You Buy

Be Inspired Craft Haven does not currently offer a try-before-you-buy purchasing program.

Products must be purchased according to the payment terms displayed at checkout or agreed upon during the applicable order process.

✨ Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or where another remedy is required.
