Yes! We accept custom orders for many of our handcrafted products including apparel, party décor, and personalized gifts.
✨Is there a design fee for custom orders?
Custom designs require a design fee starting at $25, which will be applied toward the total cost of your order. This fee does not apply to customization of ready-made designs already available on our website.
✨Do custom orders require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. Orders under $50 require full payment upfront.
✨How long do custom orders take?
Standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from the date the deposit or payment is received.
✨Can I see a preview before my order is printed?
Yes! We will provide mockups and allow unlimited edits until you are satisfied before printing begins.
✨Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Express service is available for an additional $30 fee for orders needed sooner than the standard turnaround time.
✨Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk order discounts may be available depending on the order quantity. Please discuss this during your consultation.
✨Do you sell supplies for crafters?
Yes! Be Inspired Craft Haven offers quality blanks, DTF transfers, digital files, and handcrafted products.
✨How do I care for my new garment?
To ensure you get the most usage out of your custom-design please adhere to these Garment Care Rules:
~Turn Garment Inside Out
~Machine Wash COLD
~Tumble Dry At Low Heat
~DO Not Use Bleach
~No Fabric Softeners
~Do Not Dry Clean
~Iron Inside Out, and Never Press the Iron Directly on Your Design
