At Be Inspired Craft Haven, we are excited to help bring your creative vision to life through custom handcrafted products. Please review our custom order policy before placing a request.

✨Design Fee

Custom orders requiring original design work include a design fee starting at $25. This fee will be applied toward the final cost of your custom order.
The design fee does not apply to customization of ready-made designs already offered on our website.

 

✨ Image Clean Up Fee

At Be Inspired Craft Haven, we want every design to print at the highest quality possible.

If a customer provides their own image, please ensure it is high-resolution and print-ready. If the file is not suitable for printing (low quality, blurry, pixelated, or improperly formatted), an image clean-up fee starting at $15 will apply.

This fee may apply for:

  • Low-resolution or pixelated images
  • Screenshots or compressed files
  • Images that require background removal
  • Color corrections or resizing for print
  • Converting files to print-ready formats (PNG, SVG, etc.)

Additional Details:

  • The clean-up fee starts at $15 and may increase depending on the level of work required
  • You will be notified and must approve the fee before any edits begin
  • Cleaned images will be provided for your approval before production starts

Our goal is to ensure your final product looks exactly how you envisioned—clean, crisp, and professionally made ✨

✨Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order total is required before any work begins. Custom orders will not begin without a deposit.

  • An invoice will be provided for deposit payment.

  • Orders with a total balance under $50 require full payment upfront before work begins.

  • Once the project is completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped or delivered.

✨Design Process

We believe your order should reflect exactly what you envision.

During the design process we will:

  • Communicate with you throughout the project

  • Provide design mockups

  • Allow unlimited edits until you are satisfied and the project is ready for printing

✨Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks.

  • Turnaround time begins once the deposit or full payment is received, not from the date of the initial consultation.

  • Some projects may require a longer production timeframe, which will be discussed during your consultation.

✨Express Service

Orders needed sooner than the standard turnaround time may qualify for express service for an additional $30 fee.

Please note:

  • This express service fee is separate from express shipping fees if expedited shipping is selected.

✨Bulk Orders

Bulk order discounts may be available depending on the quantity and type of product requested. Please discuss discount eligibility with the designer during your consultation.
