How Custom Orders Work
From your first idea to the finished creation, I'll guide you through a simple, collaborative process designed to bring your vision to life.
01 | Submit Your Custom Order Request
Complete the request form below and share your creative vision! Include details such as colors, themes, quantities, inspiration photos, and your desired completion date.
02 | Consultation & Design Planning
I'll review your request and reach out to discuss your ideas, product options, pricing, and estimated timeline. Any applicable design or image cleanup fees will be explained before work begins.
03 | Design Creation & Approval
Once the required design fee is received, I'll create a preview of your custom design for review. You'll have the opportunity to request revisions according to the Custom Order Policy. Final design approval is required before production begins.
04 | Production Begins
After final design approval and receipt of the required payment, I'll begin creating your order!
Standard processing typically takes 5–10 business days, while complex projects may require up to 14 business days.
05 | Your Creation Is Ready!
Once your order is complete, I'll contact you with pickup, local delivery, or shipping details, depending on the fulfillment option arranged for your order.
Before You Submit Your Request
Please review a few important details before submitting your custom order request.
- Design Fees: Original design work starts at $25, which is credited toward your final order cost.
- Processing Times: Standard orders typically take 5–10 business days. Complex orders may require up to 14 business days. Processing begins after final design approval and required payment.
- Express Processing: Orders needed in fewer than 5 business days may qualify for express processing for an additional $30, subject to availability and approval.
- Design Approval: Final design approval is required before production begins.
- Order Confirmation: Submitting a request does not guarantee order acceptance or a specific completion date.
