Refund policy

At Be Inspired Craft Haven, many of our items are handmade, custom-made, or digital in nature. Because of this, we carefully review return and refund requests.

Returns

We generally do not accept returns on products unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Items must be unused and in their original condition if a return or exchange is approved.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be processed.

Digital Products

All digital files are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of instant digital delivery.

If you experience issues downloading your file, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or store credit when appropriate.
